Surcharges for Small Groups at Off-Site Events
All prices quoted for 25 or more guests. A $2.00 surcharge per guest will be added for groups of 15-24 guests. A $3.00 surcharge will be added for groups of 7-14 guests. Surcharges do not apply for events held at celebration hall. Surcharges do not apply for events held at Celebration Hall or for customer pickups.
Gratuity Rates
The gratuity rate for fully catered buffet events is $18%. The rate for supplied events under 25 people is 18%; 25-39 people is 15%; and 40 or more people it is 10%.
