Please choose a main entrée, dessert, beverage, and either three side dishes for the regular menu or two side dishes for the light menu and any optional items listed below. All meals are accompanied by appropriate paper ware, condiments, and rolls and butter where applicable. Sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to your bill. Surcharges for groups under 25 people apply. A $250.00 deposit is required to schedule your event. |

Accessories and Information
Surcharges for Small Groups at Off-Site Events All prices are quoted for 25 or more guests. A $2.00 surcharge per guest will be added for groups of 15-24 guests. A $3.00 surcharge will be added for groups of 7-14 guests. And a $5.00 surcharge per guest will be added for groups of less than 7 people. Surcharges do not apply for events held at Celebration Hall.
Gratuity Rates The gratuity rate for fully catered buffet-style events is 18% (or as otherwise quoted). The rate for fully catered sit-down events is 18% (or as otherwise quoted). The rate for supplied events under 25 people is 18%; 25-39 people it is 15%; and for 40 or more people it is 10%. |
