Surcharges for Small Groups at Off-Site Events
All prices are quoted for 25 or more guests.  A $2.00 surcharge per guest will be added for groups
of 15-24 guests.  A $3.00 surcharge will be added for groups of 7-14 guests. And a $5.00 surcharge
per guest will be added for groups of less than 7 people.  Surcharges do not apply for events held at Celebration Hall.

Gratuity Rates
The gratuity rate for fully catered buffet-style events is 18% (or as otherwise quoted).  The rate for
fully catered sit-down events is 18% (or as otherwise quoted).  The rate for supplied events under 25 people is 18%; 25-39 people it is 15%; and for 40 or more people it is 10%.
